Almost everyone has had honey at some point in their lives.  But did you know that depending on where and when honey is harvested the flavor will be different?  That’s right, honey in the spring looks and tastes different than honey in the fall; and honey produced by bees that have access clover tastes different than that of bees that have access to goldenrod

Pure, raw honey provides so many wonderful tastes as well as health benefits including allergen control, antibacterial and anti-fungal, and wound healing properties.  It’s also a great source of antioxidants and has been shown to aid in digestive issues such as H. pylori which is the cause of peptic ulcers. Another major benefit of honey, it never goes bad!

So, what’s the difference between store bought honey and our honey?  Honey is honey, right?  Wrong!  Store bought honey is usually pasteurized.  Manufacturers heat the honey to remove unwanted crystallization and to improve color and texture.  The problem is the antioxidants and antibacterial properties are also removed from the honey during this process, taking with it all the healing benefits.

Our bees do more than just provide us with liquid gold.  While they pollinate the flowers and our food sources, they are also busy making wax.  The wax we harvest is 100% pure.  It can be rendered down to create amazing candles, soaps, scrubs, and lip balms.

Our Products: We provide a selection of both spring and fall honey as well as seasonal flavored honey.  Homemade Baklava soaked in our honey is available through special order.  Pure rendered beeswax is sold by the ounce and by the pound.
